In a first for the University of Tlemcen, assignment rights agreement was signed between the university, represented by its rector, Mr. Meghachou, and a group of six female inventors: Mrs. Taouli Katia, Adda Fatema, Mokhtari Nassima, Loukidi Bouchra, Klouche Nihel, and Dib Hind.

The signing ceremony, attended by the university's notary, marks a crucial step in implementing Decree 1275 and represents significant progress in promoting innovation within the institution. This agreement will enable the inventors to commercially exploit their patent, achieving the fundamental goal of innovation: serving society.The initiative of the rector of the University of Tlemcen demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering innovation and technology transfer.
